I learned that I need to spend the rest of my life exercising and eating properly
.I am 48 years old now and i need to be more mindful about eating properly.
Its important for me to exercise to stay in shape.
I have membership at the gym scene I started the class.
I am working on discipline to make it to the gym regularly.
I have already tried to see what I can find to eat that I will like but yet still be healthy.
I am working on being both mental and physically healthy and mindfulness.
I also learned that exercise is good for mental health.
My intentions are to practice being mindfulness both
mentally and physically.
Im going to continue practicing self care
Only problem I had with the class was it being at 8 am.
That may just been me though because of my situation.
its only class i had on Fridays. Its 3 susses to get to school.
and Im just whining loved your class and i am in better shape because of it.
I love my life today
